Joy Riding!

Grandma talked Grandpa into giving us a Joy Ride the other day!
This is a prize winning little number that Grandpa restored.

I never seen anything so shiney! (certainly never ridden in something this shiney)

It was definately a joy ride for the girls!

Ahhhh. I am so glad you are back. I had checked and checked in the weeks since your last June post, but for so long there were none, and I stopped for a while. Yeah! You are back. I am all caught up, and weepy to hear Harry Nilsson... Remember? Yes I do! I remember singing The Point with you, and dancing. Anyway, I loved: your mountain picture, that John uses powertools for pumpkin carving (manly man), the row of watermellons in the photo of John and the frog, the long shadows on the school play yard (also, these were a little scary) and the rainbow, not because you took a picture of it, but because in that picture are the people looking at it. I wanted to stand on the porch with them. Clara is getting so big. I miss her and I haven't even met her yet, but I plan to this summer so look at your calendar and let me know when she will be available. Hugs!!!! ~L
